07402013077 - Called yesterday claiming to be enforcement officer, wanting payment for parking fines, said he posted paperwork through my door however wrong address! Asked for paperwork to be delivered to correct address and he refused! Said payment needed to be made gave bank details etc said I need to text him evwrytime I make payment! Told him to send case numbers, searched these with Northampton courts as that's where he said the warrants were issued! NO SUCH CASE NUMBER. He also said I was lying about not living at the address he visited as he spoke with a gas engineer who told him they were there as I had arranged it.
