- Called unexpectedly late in the day on a weekend, said they wanted to do an assessment of my house for a government insulation scheme and that someone would phone in the next 24 hours. I asked then to repeat their name and they repeated a different part of the conversation. I suspect it's an AI bot that couldn't work out where it was in the script.
