Dangerous: -Said about a amazon delivery, then another text saying item has been delivered. Umm I haven't used amazon for some time or ordered anything. Also nothing was delivered like the text said.. definitely a scam

Safe: -Various Delivery drivers using the Amazon online phone number to contact client as to where to leave a parcel when your not home. Ive ordered from Ebay and had this happen. The drivers work for independant local delivery companies, but they all use the Amazon service regardless of where your parcel may have been ordered from. Hence the same number is reported up and down the country and appears to be dodgy because you cant call it back or text. Its safe, its just being misused by dodgy delivery drivers.
Dangerous: -Pretending to be amazon delivery driver. Package was already safely delivered prior to text being received from this number.
Safe: -Amazon delivery driver asking where to leave a package.
