This Indian gentleman keeps phoning me purporting to be from BT but he wanted me to download "Anydesk"! I refused and when I told him that he was a scam he got angry with me and began shoting so I discontinued the call and after he attempted 3 or 4 more times and lso left a message, I blocked the number! I am etting fed up with these calls and am getting stressed about them!! I am 79 and DO NOT WANT calls like this!!!

He introduced himself as Solomon (although he had an Indian accent - so possibly isn't Solomon) and then said who represented very quickly and asked that I stayed on the line - he was not selling anything. I didn't get the name of the company, so asked if he could repeat it. At that, he hung up. Very likely a scam. Why do the phone companies allow these people to operate - presumably they earn a lot of money from them? In which case, shouldn't the phone companies be fined for facilitating fraud?
