He said, Sorry sir but we no longer are doing pay as you go and that is the reason he had contacted me. I should give him my bank details to start pay for my phone calls and I would get the £10 back in my bank Once I set up the account. I said that I don't want to do that. He if I did not my phone and sim would be locked and I would not be able to use it anymore. I said ok then and hung up. Not sure it this was a scam!.
