From the security questions and that I called 0800-062062 I think it was really them - she didn't ask for PIN or such, and scammers don't usually make you wait 10 minutes then don't ask for anything - apart from a satisfaction survey :) ... but number spoofing is easy, so next call could be nefarious !! 2020-06-25 15:31:41
