If you read the text, it could mean that I'd agree to make a specific payment that was listed. I declined. Quite plausible at first, though. I declined to press Y. Said he would then cancel card and I'd need to go into a branch. I agreed to this and asked which branch. Could hear him googling the Lloyds branches near me! Ended up calling me a *****. I called him something far worse. If in doubt, or just to be safe, hang up and dial your bank direct.
